I didn't get into real estate because of a moment or a person.

I got into sales first. I put myself through school working in sales—selling everything from telecom to mortgage banking. From knocking doors 12 hours a day to selling high-end luxury products.

I learned early: there's nowhere to hide in sales. No script saves you. No system carries you. You either perform or you don't.

Real estate became the place where all of that came together. It's one of the few industries where your income reflects your execution, your conversations determine your outcomes, and every decision shows up directly in your results.

That's what kept me here for 30 years.

And then I saw a pattern I couldn't ignore.

As I built my career in real estate, I was also deepening my work in education, psychology, and linguistics. And at some point, those two worlds connected.
